Project Profile

Meishan Workers' Cultural Palace is a public cultural facility located on the northwest corner plot at the intersection of Kegongyuan 2nd Road and Shuangfeng Street, Dongpo District, Meishan, Sichuan Province.

It has a total construction area of approximately 25,000 m², adopting a structure of 1 basement floor + 4 above-ground floors. Functional areas include basic functional zones, cultural and educational zones, comprehensive sports zones, public activity zones, and traffic management auxiliary rooms.

The project is constructed by Meishan New City Center Investment and Operation Co., Ltd. and jointly undertaken by a consortium including Sichuan Jiaozhou Construction Co., Ltd. (Sichuan Communications Construction Group). With a total investment of about 250 million yuan, the project is scheduled for completion in July 2026.
