Project Profile

The Primary School Project in the Phoenix Mountain Sports Park Area enjoys a prime locationeast of Tianyun Road, west of Limin Road, south of Tianbao Roadin Jinniu District.

It covers a land area of approximately 47,900 m², with a planned total construction area of 89,400 m².

The project includes not only basic buildings such as teaching buildings, indoor sports halls (allweather playgrounds), and dormitory buildings, but also safety facilities including guard houses and fire control rooms.

In addition, complete outdoor works are provided, including landscaping, road and site paving, lighting, and a solar photovoltaic system, creating a safe and comfortable learning environment for teachers and students.
